Romania: Simplification of procedures for the absorption of European Funds requested by PM Tudose
Romanian PM Mihai Tudose asked on Wednesday the Minister for Development, Sevil Shhaideh and the minister for European Funds, Rovana Plumb, to prepare the simplification of all procedures for the absorption of European Funds until the 20th of September and stated that he will personally follow the improvement of the process.
Premier Mihai Tudose had on Wednesday a working meeting with the minister of regional development, public administration and European funds Sevil Shhaideh and the minister for European Funds Rovana Plumb after the meetings he had in Brussels with several European officials, according to a press release of the government.
The head of the government asked the two ministers to prepare until 20th September 2017 the simplification of all procedures for the absorption of European funds.
‘I will personally follow this effort for the improvement of the absorption of European funds. We need this money to support the economic growth. The ministers have my support to accelerate the process, so that we recover the delays’ Tudose said.
