Romania, Croatia: Meeting in Bucharest between President Iohannis and his Croatian counterpart, skeduled for October 2nd to 4th
Romania’s President Klaus Iohannis will meet his Croatian counterpart Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic, as part of the latter’s state visit to Romania, October 2-4.
“October 2nd to 4th, at the invitation of the President of Romania, Klaus Iohannis, the President of the Republic of Croatia, Mrs. Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic, will be on a state visit to Romania. The visit is in line with the rising trend in the bilateral relations between the two countries over the last years, and I would like to mention here the visit of the 2015 visit to Zagreb by the President of Romania amidst the 25th anniversary of the Romanian-Croat diplomatic ties,” Madalina Dobrovolschi, spokesperson for President Iohannis, said Wednesday.
The two presidents will have bilateral talks and hold a joint news conference at the Cotroceni Presidential Palace.
“Discussions will focus on developing and deepening bilateral relations and important topics on the European, regional and security agenda,” Dobrovolschi said.
