Digi Communications N.V., one of the leading providers of Telecommunication services in Romania and Hungary, announced on Tuesday its intention to launch an initial public offering (IPO) on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Digi Communications owns RCS&RDS, the biggest broadband internet and cable TV provider in Romania.
The listing is expected to take place in May this year, with the company planning to list at least 25% of its shares, “assuming that the over-allotment option of 10% of the shares occurs immediately after admission.”
