Romania: Transelectrica concluded a contract worth 227.4 million lei, excluding VAT, with the Smart subsidiary

The National Power Grid Company Transelectrica concluded a contract worth 227.4 million lei, VAT excluded, with one of its subsidiaries, the Smart Services Network Maintenance Services Company, according to an announcement sent to the Stock Exchange Bucharest (BVB).

The contract is aimed at performing “strategic works in the facilities in Transelectrica management for the period 2018-2020”, reports. The performance guarantee for the contract amounts lei 11.37 million, representing 5% of the total value of the contract without VAT.

Transelectrica is the Transmission System in Romania, which manages 81 transformer substations with a capacity of about 35,000 MVA and over 9,000 kilometers of overhead lines 110/220 kV, 400 kV and 750 kV, under the management of eight transport branches.
